What to expect when you book;

The first thing you will notice when you book is we will take your booking in-house! 

We are not automated. We do this to save ourselves commissions and your booking fees:

We are a licensed and secure business now for 25 years. 

· At the time of booking, you will be required to agree to our house policies as laid out under the More tab on our web page. By booking with us you agree to abide by them. 

· We will require you to fill out a form and supply identification 

· You must supply a valid credit card 

. We do not take cash or checks unless you have provided a valid credit card we preauthorize before you arrive to secure your booking.  Without a valid credit card, you cannot book with us. 

If you wish to use a debit card or cash you must reserve the room or suite with a credit card that is not loaded) This card will be preauthorized before you arrive. 

, When you are ready to depart you can pay it with a debit card or cash, and we will then cancel the preauthorization and give you a receipt showing it was canceled.  

Your stay will be preauthorized 72 hours before your arrival.
