A $30 administration fee applies to any reservation changes or cancellations after confirmation.

Cancellation Charges

• 14 to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount.
• Within 7 days of arrival or no-shows: 100% of the reservation amount.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when visiting Northern Canada.

Weather conditions and airline disruptions can result in delayed or cancelled flights. As a small business, we reserve accommodations specifically for your stay and often turn away other guests. Therefore, refunds cannot be provided for missed arrivals, flight delays, weather conditions, or other travel disruptions.

• Check-out time is 10:30 AM.
• Leave your key in the door and the door unlocked.
• Luggage storage may be available. Please ask.
• Rooms and suites should be left reasonably tidy. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

A continental breakfast is provided daily. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day.

Please wash, dry, and put away dishes after use.

A $12 service fee will apply if staff are required to clean dishes or kitchen areas left behind.

• Please reuse towels whenever possible and hang them to dry.
• Bed linens are changed every 7 nights or upon request.

Laundry facilities are available by appointment.

$12 per load (wash and dry). You may do your own laundry or arrange for us to do it for you.

11:00 PM to 9:00 AM

Please be considerate of other guests.

• Always lock your room and take your key with you.
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving.
• No unregistered visitors after 11:00 PM.

Please remove outdoor footwear in the foyer. Heavy winter boots should remain near the entrance on the provided mats.

Smoking and vaping are permitted on the deck only.

Please do not repeatedly lock and unlock the exterior door while smoking, as this may disturb other guests.

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests:

• No pets.
• No candles, incense, essential oils, or strong fragrances.

Please keep shower curtains inside the tub and use provided clips to prevent water damage. Guests are responsible for damages caused by misuse or flooding.

Parking is available along the left-side fence.

Limited energized parking is available and should be requested before arrival. Availability is first come, first served.

Please note: We are not responsible for vehicle damage or loss on or off the property.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Excessive cleaning
• Burned or damaged cookware
• Damage to appliances or surfaces
• Water overflow or flooding
• Other property damage

Please use the labelled recycling, garbage, and compost containers provided. If you are unsure, simply ask us.

• Illegal downloading is strictly prohibited.
• Please do not alter TV or system settings.
• Guests are responsible for service costs resulting from unauthorized changes.
• Remember to sign out of personal streaming accounts before departure.

Please do not plan to stay overnight at the airport or in public places before a flight.

During winter:

• The airport may not remain open overnight.
• No restaurants or cafés operate all night.
• Extreme cold temperatures can be dangerous.

Please book accommodations accordingly for your safety.
