Driving Directions # 1  to reach our Bed and Breakfast Small Inn :

 If you come into the city down old Airport Road past Wal-Mart and the Canadian Tire store: Proceed to Franklin Avenue. When you reach the large green Northwestel Building on the left on 50th Ave also known as Franklin Ave there  as you continue along you will see a tall green high rise building  on the right. It is called The Northwestel Building  turn right on the first turn after it. This is 52 Street – Proceed down 52 Street to 52 Ave. (Two intersections) When you reach 52 Avenue and 52 Street intersection proceed cross 52 Avenue. 

Our B&B/ Small Inn is the first white house on the left, when you cross the four way stop intersection. 

 It is a white house with green trim with a hedge all the way around it. 

it is on the corner. The church parking lot is on the right side across from our B&B. / Small Inn. 

Our B&B is on the left side on the corner.

For Entrance “A” to private bedrooms in shared guest apartment: The gate to “A” entrance is on the 52 Street  side of  our B&B/ Small Inn. (Not the drive way side, on the Avenue)

On the side of a porch there is a large black letter “A” indicating Entrance “A”. ( There is also a business sign on a where pole on the deck where this entrance is located.) 

Entrance “B” to the private studio Suites/ Hotel rooms is on the Street Side, not the Avenue side by the driveway. On 52 Street side of the B&B/ Small Inn look for large letter “B” on the front of the house by a large aroura sign. 

There is a deck with a roof over it and another large “B” by the entrance door. There is a pink fish pond and a fountain in the front of “B” entrance. 

Note: Both Entrances are locked at all times. If you are checking in. Please ring the doorbell and give us a minute or two to get to the door it is a big house. If we know the time you are arriving, we will be here to answer the door.  If you have been delayed we may not be right here to answer the door. Please call our cell number. it is posted on the door. 

Driving Directions  # 2 to reach our Bed and Breakfast Small Inn If you come into the city and pass by the Explorer Hotel: Note: the Chateau Nova Hotel is on the left just when you enter the city next is the Explorer Hotel on your left up on a hill above the road- Yellowknife Motors will be on the right across from The Explore Hotel. 

Proceed straight ahead under a man walk between buildings until you reach 50th Ave or Franklin Ave. 

When you reach the lights on Franklin Ave go straight ahead until you reach 52 Ave. Turn right. Proceed straight ahead until you reach 52 Street. Turn left. 

Our B&B / Small Inn is the white house on the corner (left siide0 with a hedge going around it.
