General Information: All prices are in Canadian Dollars.  All Government Service Tax (GST) is calculated as 5 % on each taxable purchase. There is also a 4% Tourism Tax. We are a registered BIP (Business Incentives Program) participant. Shared guest apartment/ or Private three-bedroom apartment You can rent all three bedrooms, together for a private vacation apartment, or rent our most popular B&B experience; individual private bedrooms in the shared guest apartment. 

When individual bedrooms are rented the guests share the living room kitchen and bathroom with other guests. Call far in advance for availability and special pricing for the rental of all three bedrooms.  

Bedroom Prices

New bedroom single one night $138. + 9% TAX = $150.42

New bedroom Single multiple nights $130. + 9% tax= $141.70

New bedroom Double one night $150. + 9% tax = $163.50

New Bedroom Double occupancy multiple nights $145. + 9% Tax=$158.05 

Suites Prices

Suite one night single = $ 225. = 9% tax= $245.25

Suite single multiple nights = $210.00 +9% tax= $228.10

Suite Double one night =$ 235.00+ 9% Tax= $256.13

Suite Double multiple nights =$230. + 9% Tax= $250.70

Triple Occupancy 

New triple occupancy one night = $330. + 9% tax = $359.70

New triple rate in a suite multiple nights = $320. + 9% = $348.80

Children Rates 

Children age 2- 6 = $7/ + 9% Tax= $7.63

Children age 7 to 12. =11.00 + 9% tax = $11.99

Federal Government Agreed Procurement rate for 2026 is: 

Single $ 200.00 plus 9% tax = tax when applicable 

Double $230 per night plus 9% tax when applicable

Note: we have cooking facilities here:

In all private suites, there is 7 feet of kitchen counter space, inlaid two burners ceramic stove, microwave, under-counter refrigerator with freezer, 

In the shared three-bedroom guest apartment there is: a full kitchen
