Private Bedrooms In shared Guest apartment: 

Includes:

• Complimentary self-serve continental breakfast

Single Occupancy: $167.86 per night

Double Occupancy: $183.12 per night

Extended Stay Discount: Save $5 per night beginning on the 8th consecutive night.

Private Suites

Includes:

• Complimentary self-serve continental breakfast
• Private kitchenet guest cooking facilities
• BBQ access

Single Occupancy Suite: $272.77 per night

Double Occupancy Suite: $291.30 per night

Triple Occupancy Suite: $483.28 per night

Suite Information

Suites 4 & 5: One Queen Bed plus a Twin Cot or Twin Bed for a third guest.

Suites 6 & 7: One Queen Bed plus One Twin Bed.

Guests aged 12 and older are charged at the adult rate.

Family Policies

• Children under 2 years stay free.
• Children ages 3-11: $20 plus tax per night in extra bed
• Playpen rental: $15 plus tax per stay.
• Single occupancy guests using two beds: $15 plus tax per night for      extra bed will be chaged
• Laundry service available by appointment: $14 per load.

Note to all customers: 

Please note that reservations made through Expedia or other third-party booking platforms are subject to the cancellation, payment, and refund policies of those providers. Note any processing fees or extra charges occurred by you through those platforms that are filtered back to us as an accommodation provider will be charged back to you the customer. 

Embleton House cancellation Policy: 

Please ensure your travel dates are confirmed before making a reservation. Changes and cancellations are subject to a $30 service fee. 

· If you change or cancel your reservation once it is made there will be a $30 service fee to cover processing for changes and cancellations, (no accommodation charges will apply.)

· If you cancel 30 days to 7 days prior to arrival: 60% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

· If you cancel within 7 days of arrival through check-in: 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.be required to agree to our house policies as laid out in the 

To stay at Embleton House B&B / Small Inn you must provide the booking engine a valid credit card number and not a loaded credit card number. 

Your stay will be charged when you book through our page “Book Now” page link or when made in person with Embleton House on the 7th day before your arrival.
